About Me
A Digital Marketing Executive with experience in implementing and running digital marketing campaigns across a variety of brands to increase traffic and awareness. Fully conversant with the latest trends and how they should be used, able to work across a number of ongoing projects simultaneously and drive through plans to meet targets. I currently work at Redactive Media Group in their digital team reporting to the Head of Digital and executing digital marketing plans across a diverse portfolio of editorial and job sites for our client’s magazines. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Increased traffic to our websites through online campaigns, email marketing and social media marketing. (Redactive)
• Setting up the People Management SEO project for the CIPD with i-level and managing a timetable of work and liaising with various stakeholders to improve search engine rankings. Rankings increased during the last 6 months with referrals from Google up 8,762 (51%) for Aug-Nov 09. (Redactive)

CAREER HISTORY
2008 – Redactive Media Group – Digital Marketing Executive
Reporting to the Head of Digital at Redactive in executing digital marketing plans across a diverse portfolio of editorial and job sites for our client’s magazines.
• Oversee digital marketing activity to increase traffic across the websites and jobsites for which Redactive is responsible.
• Use on-page optimisation and SEO work to maximize search rankings, including running keyphrase analysis to identify additional SEO-friendly landing page content, and amending content accordingly.
• Run PPC campaigns for relevant clients and report on progress, making changes where necessary.
• Add input, launch and drive through a traffic-building plan for each main website and jobsite, identifying and managing work to be carried out by editorial, sales and web teams.
• Co-ordinating and supporting non-SEO specialists in the editorial and sales teams to achieve agreed targets.
• Work with developers to maximize pages indexed by Google and other search engines.

2007 – 2008 Siddalls Marketing Assistant
Supported the Marketing Manager in executing the marketing plan for Siddalls, specialists in tax and financial planning for people moving abroad. Other tasks included implementing marketing campaigns to increase lead generation and traffic to the newly launched website which I oversaw, compiling regular marketing stats for website and advertising activity and copywriting for website.
2003 – 2007 Ordnance Survey Customer Liaison Assistant
Worked in Facilities Management team at Ordnance Survey and later selected to work with the Project Manager and Consultants working on moving 2000 staff to a new headquarters.
2002 – 2003 Southern Daily Echo Advertising Office Junior & Telesales Executive
Provided support to the Display Advertising Sales Team and Production producing sales figures for the Sales Manager and ROI reports for advertisers. Later worked on Telesales.
2005 – 2006 FHM.COM & FHM Magazine (unpaid work experience) Workie
Three separate, fortnightly work experience placements assisting the editorial, website and marketing teams. Wrote copy for the website and weekly newsletter, prepared images for banner adverts and provided support to the Digital Product Manager in completing a viral promotional project. Supported the editorial team and took part in three published features.
