As part of the workshops the Digital team held for sales staff to better understand Web Analytics we also went through the Ad Serving and Email packages we use Emediate and Message Focus. I went through how these are used to place advertisements and create email campaigns as well where to look to find out how they performed. On going work in my role means there is also a level of support for staff who use these packagesas well as getting involved myself in these email campaigns and putting advert creatives online.
